ASHLYN & KAYLYN-KENNEDALE HIGH SCHOOL TWINS

Two smiling young women in white dresses and cowboy boots pose together in a modern striped architectural setting.

If you’re looking for senior pictures in Fort Worth that actually feel like you, this session with Ashlyn and Kaylyn from Kennedale High School is exactly that.

We shot their senior portraits at the Fort Worth Stockyards—one of the best locations in North Texas if you want something with texture, depth, and a little edge.

Meet ashlyn & Kaylyn

Ashlyn and Kaylyn are twin seniors at Kennedale High School, where they both compete in volleyball and basketball.

They’ve also committed to continue their volleyball careers at North Lake College, so this session was a solid way to mark the transition into their next chapter.

Stockyards Sessions Just Hit Different

The Fort Worth Stockyards gives you options you don’t get in a park:

  • Wood, brick, and real texture
  • Clean leading lines in the streets
  • A natural Texas look without forcing it

For Fort Worth senior portraits, it’s hard to beat.

The Unexpected Bonus Location

Right in the middle of the session, a bus pulled up nearby. The driver saw what we were doing and asked if we wanted to shoot inside.

Of course we said yes.

We grabbed a few frames inside the bus—nothing overcomplicated, just quick, natural shots—and it ended up being one of those moments that makes a session feel unique. You can’t plan that kind of thing, but when it happens, you take it.

The Approach

With twins, it’s simple:

  • Let each person stand on their own
  • Capture the connection without forcing it

Minimal posing, good light, and letting things happen naturally—that’s where the best images always come from.
