You’ve been selected to represent Varsity Sports as part of the Class of 2027 Senior Rep Team.
This isn’t just a photoshoot.
It’s a chance to create standout photos, be featured throughout the year, and represent something bigger than just a typical senior session.
Whether you’ve done photos before or this is completely new, I’ll guide you through everything step-by-step.
What are senior portraits?
Senior portraits are professional photos taken during your junior/senior year to capture this moment in your life.
These aren’t school photos.
They’re styled, personalized sessions that reflect:
- Your personality
- Your style
- Your interests (sports, hobbies, etc.)
Think of it as your chance to get photos that actually look like you—and that you’re excited to post.
What you get as a rep
As part of the team, you’ll receive:
- A complimentary senior session
- Additional creative shoots throughout the year
- High-quality edited images for social media
- Features on Instagram and website
- Priority access to booking and new session ideas
What I expect from you
Being a rep is simple—but important.
- Post your photos and tag @varsitysports.media
- Share your images on your Instagram stories
- Be responsive when scheduling shoots
- Represent the brand in a positive way
- Help spread the word when people ask about your photos
No pressure to “sell”—just be genuine.
Referrals
If someone books a session and mentions your name, I’ll send you a $50 thank-you.
Simple as that.
Your Session
Each rep receives a complimentary senior session.
This is your main shoot, and we’ll plan it around:
- Location
- Outfits
- Style / vibe
Don’t worry if you’re unsure what to do—that’s my job to help you with.
What to Expect
- Sessions are relaxed and guided (you don’t need modeling experience)
- I’ll help with posing, locations, and ideas
- Turnaround time for photos is typically within 1–2 weeks

Do I need experience in front of the camera?
No. Most people don’t. I’ll guide you the entire time.
Can I bring a friend?
For your main session, it’s best to come solo so we can focus on you.
What should I wear?
We’ll go over outfit ideas before your shoot.
Can I still shoot with other photographers?
Yes—just make sure you’re still actively participating in this program.
